Brief

We were initially approached by Sarah to pitch for the delivery of the complete rebrand for Fitness League (as was) in early 2016 and we were delighted to have won the chance to work with the team to give the brand a complete overhaul. Our work was to start soon after the market research phase had been completed, which has resulted in the name you see today – FLexercise, pronounced “F • L • exercise”.

This was to be a journey like no other – FLexercise has been around since the 1920’s; that’s a whole heap of heritage, culture, and emotions for everyone involved, so it was our job to help guide the team, and the wider teacher network, through what could be quite an emotional process.

Solution

We quickly developed a very close working relationship with Sarah who we have to say has expertly helped navigate the rebrand during the past 6 months or so! So starting with a completely new brand identity we have since gone on to deliver all digital and printed marketing collateral – including a promotional video, two photo shoots, a website and the creation of a clear and a compelling marketing and communications plan which we are now helping the team to implement.

So far, the response has been hugely encouraging with excellent results on social media. During the first three months of managing their social activity, we have already smashed targets on Facebook and Twitter, with Instagram not far behind.

We have since been commissioned for year-long partnership which will take FLexercise through our agreed marketing strategy with clear KPI’s, development of new activity and outfacing promotional campaigns aimed at encouraging new Teacher sign-ups and new member sign-ups. It has to be said, we are all pretty excited about the future!
